You can see the purple a little better in this picture.
After admiring this alone for while, I decided to top it off with Color Club Sugar Plum Yum.
It has different sizes of green and purple glitter in a clear base.
I love the way this looks over Glacier Bay Blues! It's got more sparkle in real life, and is quite appropriate for the holiday season.
I never used to be a fan of chunkier glitters, but lately I am really enjoying them.
Are you a fan of glitter? If so, what are your favourite types? Ones that are meant to layer over another colour, or ones that are meant to give full coverage? Do you prefer fine or chunky glitter?
Keep an eye out for new Girly Bits colours, coming soon.
It's been a productive week in the polish lab.
Thanks for looking!!

Interesting combo. I have only layered Sugar Plum Yum over white, but now you have inspired me!
ReplyDeleteOooh I got Glacier Bay Blues too, love it! I like chunky glitters but i'm really not a fan of the color club hexs that curl. it really bugs me!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a pretty color from OPI. And I love it with the glitter! I'm definitely a glitter lover, but I prefer fine glitter. I hate the clean up process I have to go through with chunky glitter. I layer over my polishes a lot with glitter for my manis.

ReplyDeleteyes! I totally know what you mean. I had never experienced a glitter that curls like that. Thankfully it is not as noticeable in real life as it is an a macro shot. I am a little surprised they released it like that.

ReplyDeleteGBB is a really pretty colour, especially from the older, less daring lines of OPI. I am really learning to love the glittah!!

ReplyDeleteOh that sounds interesting too! I will have to try it over white next time.
I love the look of glitter, but removing it is helllll! lol!
ReplyDeleteI am wearing this Color Club right now! I love it...the larger glitters are not too big or too small...the perfect polish! :)
